The BIRTHFIT Prenatal Series

The prenatal series is our version of childbirth education. Held in either a weekend intensive or over the course of four weeks, the Prenatal Series is an opportunity for you and your birth partner to become educated and immersed in the child birth experience and develop your own birth plan.

You will learn how to incorporate the four pillars of BIRTHFIT into your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience, ensuring you are truly ready physically, emotionally and spiritually for the motherhood transition.

In our classes, we'll incorporate functional mobility, natural movement and breath work. We'll discuss foods that support a healthy pregnancy and recovery postpartum. And you'll have the opportunity to dig deep into your own birth desires, dispel any fear, and adopt the mindset needed for your best possible birth experience.

Postpartum Series: Breath & fLow

Breath & Flow is a special edition of our BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series that spans four weekly 75 minute classes. This series is designed for women that have had a baby in the last four to twelve weeks, but anyone with a desire to reengage their core and breathe post-baby is welcome. 

  • We'll start with breath work and evolve into full body functional motor patterns.

  • You will establish a solid core foundation, wake up your posterior chain, and enhance your posture through safe, effective movements that transfer to any activity in your daily life.

  • Come ready to move and connect with your breath and body again.

  • Non-mobile babies are welcome.

  • This course is a great starting point for the traditional BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series.

The BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series

Now that you've brought a baby into the world, it's time to rehab your body, mind and soul! In this 8-session group training series, you will establish a solid core foundation, wake up your posterior chain, & enhance your posture through safe, effective functional movements that transfer into everyday life tasks.

This class is designed for mamas four weeks to twelve months postpartum, but anyone is welcome regardless of baby's age. 

Come prepared to move, sweat and connect with other new mamas. Non-mobile babies are always welcome!

BIRTHFIT Consultations

This is a 45-minute meeting to discuss your needs one-on-one. This can include any of the following and more:

  • Covering preconception, prenatal, birth, or postpartum plans,

  • Addressing questions surrounding the pregnancy and the motherhood transition.
  • Recommendations to best support your body and mind with intentional fitness, nutrition, chiropractic and mindset work.
  • Referrals to motherhood centered practitioners and professionals to support your pregnancy and postpartum recovery. 
  • Meetings are available online or in the Portland OR area.

FREE BIRTHFIT Power Hour

This FREE event is a great way to learn a little bit more about BIRTHFIT and why it's different from other pre and postnatal programs. You'll get an introduction to the four pillars: fitness, nutrition, chiropractic and mindset, learn functional movement patterns to apply both during pregnancy and postpartum, and find ways to get involved with the BIRTHFIT movement.

THE BIRTHFIT Workshop

The BIRTHFIT Workshop is an afternoon immersive experience into all things BIRTHFIT. In this 3 hour hands on class, we share our approach to preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum through solid foundations in fitness, nutrition, chiropractic, and mindset. You'll learn breath work and movement to connect your body and mindset that will aid in birth and postpartum recovery.  You'll also connect with other like minded women to share experiences and build relationships through the motherhood transition.
