The BIRTHFIT Workshop is an afternoon immersive experience into all things BIRTHFIT. In this 3 hour hands-on class, we share our approach to preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum through solid foundations in fitness, nutrition, chiropractic, and mindset. You'll learn breath work and movement to connect your body and mindset that will aid in birth and postpartum recovery.
