Breath & Flow is a special edition of our BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series that spans four weekly 60 minute classes. This series is designed for women that have had a baby in the last four to twelve weeks, but anyone with a desire to reengage their core and breathe post-baby is welcome.
We'll start with breath work and evolve into full body functional motor patterns.
You will establish a solid core foundation, wake up your posterior chain, and enhance your posture through safe, effective movements that transfer to any activity in your daily life.
Come ready to move and connect with your breath and body again.
Non-mobile babies are welcome.
This course is a great starting point for the traditional BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series.
